Cancelling Orders

Naturistic Shoe Designs goal is to process your order as soon as possible. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed online. Orders can only be cancelled by calling customer service at (703)565-2731, Monday - Friday from 8am - 6pm EST and Saturday from 9am-5pm EST. If you have questions making a return after receiving your merchandise, please view our return policy or contact customer service at customerservice@naturisticshoedesign.com  or (703)565-2731.

If Naturistic Shoe Design has made an error with your product our customer service team will happily assist in a quick solution. Please follow the procedure below:

1. Please contact our customer service team through email at

customerservice@naturisticshoedesign.com or by phone at (703)565-2731 and provide your name, order number, and circumstance.

2. Follow the return policy to return the merchandise and Naturistic Shoe Design will reimburse you for your reasonable return ground shipping charge once product has been received. Shipping charges will be credited back to the original purchase credit card.
